It might just be me but I am under the impression that pizza places also tend to do wings right (minus the usual suspects). This is absolutely true with Carmella's! The flavor is very good. You can taste the butter and hot sauce flavors to a T and their texture is pretty decent. Not the BEST, but pretty good.
