RATING: SLAP

I did not go out for wings tonight....I went out with my Mom to get a nice Italian dinner. But when they had a sign right there on the table attached to the wine list advertising that they had buffalo wings, I had to switch on the GO hat. Just as with the rest of the food, these wings were SOLID. They were hot and crispy and the Buffalo sauce was absolutely on point. The only thing to keep them from reaching the elusive 9+ rating was not being EXTRA crispy. These wings SLAP!
